Any photos or videos taken by Battle Creek Comic Con’s official photographers/videographers during the course of the event may be used by Battle Creek Comic Con for promotion, publicity, and marketing purposes of both this event and those in the future.

Anyone photographing Battle Creek Comic Con attendees, artists, vendors, volunteers, staff, guests, or anybody else in attendance at this event is expected to request permission prior to taking a person's photograph.
